Vanessa is the CEO of Next Evolution Performance. She loves using neuroscience to help driven leaders and teams in over 20 countries to build their high performance culture – a culture which optimises profitability, productivity and energy while decreasing their effort, sickness, burnout and mental health problems.

By doing this, she is helping business leaders to achieve faster strategy execution while facing the leadership challenges of today’s workplace. This is imperative in a world of constant change and continued pressure to do more with less.

Vanessa also has over 20 years of experience in the financial services. She was Vice President and Head of Wholesale Distribution at Dimensional Fund Advisors, and prior to that held senior distribution roles at Macquarie Bank.

She has a Masters in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health – with Distinction, from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at King’s College London.

With this background, Vanessa is uniquely positioned to integrate her knowledge of neuroscience with the day-to-day demands of the business world, to help her clients achieve sustainable success.
