Donnell Green is a talent executive and executive coach with more than 20 years’ experience developing senior leaders. She began her coaching career in Australia and went on to hold senior roles at BlackRock, including Global Head of Talent and Head of Human Resources for Asia, and a seat on the Board of Directors of BlackRock Japan.

She is now the founder of Jade Leadership, where she coaches C-suite and emerging executives and designs the talent reviews, succession plans, and leadership programs that build lasting bench strength.

An ICF Master Certified Coach and EMCC Coach Supervisor, Donnell is credentialed in Hogan, HBDI, and Enneagram iEQ9.

Away from work, Donnell is a scuba diver and underwater photographer. She skis and keeps a regular meditation practice.
