Catherine Andersen is a leadership and talent strategist with over three decades of experience spanning executive coaching, leadership advisory, and talent development. She works with executives, teams, and organisations across a broad range of industries — in Australia, Asia-Pacific, and globally.

Her expertise covers executive coaching, leadership assessment, succession planning, board effectiveness, and capability building. She brings a distinctive combination of in-house talent leadership, global executive search, and leadership advisory experience — giving her both operational and strategic insight into what drives effective leadership and organisational performance.

Catherine holds qualifications from INSEAD including the Coaching Certificate, Advanced Coaching with Groups, Leading Across Borders and Cultures, and a Certificate in Global Management. She is certified in Hogan Assessments and Human Synergistics (LSI, GSI, OCI), and draws on a range of evidence-based frameworks including Immunity to Change, Competing Values, and Paradoxical Mindshift Navigation in her practice.

She is the founder of Tipping Point Leadership Advisory & Talent Solutions and serves as Managing Director of TalentJam, an online skills intelligence platform.
