Well that all depends on your natural pace. Neuroscience tells us that the average brain as has an average attention span of around 40 minutes. That’s great if you’re average, but working in 40 minute blocks is probably not your optimal focus time.
Generally speaking faster pace people can significantly reduce their productivity by focusing for too long and slower pace people reduce their productivity if they don’t focus for long enough.
